Policy - River Rock Inn Utah

Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests in the room shall be limited to the number of people listed on the reservation. The maximum occupancy in each room is TWO. At all times during registration period, guest agrees to have no more than the allowed number of guests for occupancy. Rate is based on number of people REGISTERED FOR ROOM. If more than the stated number of guests are found to be occupying the room, Owner has the right to terminate the reservation and Guest will forfeit all monies paid including room and tax, cleaning fees and deposits.

Parking

Each room includes overnight parking for one vehicle.

Reservations

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a reservation and stay with us. Our room rates are based on double occupancy in the room and also for breakfast the following morning.

Public Areas

The Lobby, Breakfast Room and Office closes daily at 12 noon for cleaning. We will reopen these areas at our Check-In time 4PM.

Children

Our Inn is not suitable for children. All rooms have one king or queen bed. We do not provide roll away beds, pull out sofas, cribs, or high chairs. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted.

Cooking

We do not permit the use of portable cooking equipment in rooms or common areas.

Act Of Nature Policy

Guest agrees to take responsibility for cancellations, delays, or interruptions of travel due to weather or illness and acknowledges the River Rock Inn Bed & Breakfast Inn has recommended protecting your trip by purchasing Travel Insurance. In the event the City of Green River, Utah issues an evacuation order due to snow storm, flood, or other natural event within 48 hours of your arrival, we will refund or credit any deposits to a future stay and you must leave the city.

Pets

We do NOT allow pets in our inn.

Smoking

Smoking of any substance is prohibited anywhere on our grounds. Guest agrees to pay a $500 fine on the credit card on file if evidence of smoking, vaping, or use of incense or lighted candles are detected.

Hotel Events

No events are authorized to be held without a signed agreement between you and the Proprietors of the River Rock Inn Bed & Breakfast Inn.

Room Rates

All room rates are net, non-commissionable and plus all local and state taxes.

Fireworks

There are no fireworks of ANY kind allowed anywhere on the property at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Security Cameras

For security reasons, active video cameras are placed both inside and outside throughout the Inn where people gather, such as the exterior hallways, Courtyard, Breakfast Room, Kitchen, Parking Lot, etc. Please feel free to inquire further if you have any questions. This is for the Safety and Well Being of our Valued Guests.

Cancellation

We adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Your reservation is refundable within 48 hours of booking, unless your arrival is within 48 hours. Reservations are not refundable after the 48 hour booking window. Reservations booked for an arrival within 48 hours are not refundable.

Additional CHARGES will apply for additional guests. A $500 charge will be applied to the credit card on file for any guest or unregistered guest violating these terms. The River Rock Inn reserves the right to dismiss anyone at any time from the property. By booking a reservation with us, you agree to this policy.
